DEKALB Asgrow is a powerhouse agricultural brand—but farmers weren't feeling the love.
Specifically, farmers wanted more agronomical advice to maximize their crop yield. Unfortunately, the brand's blog was outdated and full of technical jargon that just didn't connect with farmers.

Working alongside internal subject-matter experts, I identified farmers’ top pain points and paired them with the brand’s technical agronomists best equipped to provide practical, field-tested guidance​.​

By bringing these agronomical topics to life in the form of informational interviews, I helped elevate the brand's industry authority and increased customer satisfaction by two points on a five-point scale.

In short, farmers finally felt the love—and DEKALB Asgrow reclaimed its place as the trusted ally it set out to be.
